www.completebattery.com uses USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipments. Regular orders are shipped Fed Ex or UPS Ground with a time frame between 2 - 5 business days. Small packages are shipped Priority or First Class (with the United States Postal Service). The delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days.
www.completebattery.com ships your orders within one day, if the purchase is submitted before 2 P.M. EST and the item is in stock, unless specified otherwise. Orders placed after 2 P.M. EST will be executed by the second business day. We ship every day, excluding official Holidays and weekends.
Call us as soon as possible to stop the order from shipping at (800) 953-6664. If the order is on its way, we will contact the shipping carrier and try to intercept the delivery. Please be advised, there is a $10 fee, charged by the transporter if the package has already left.

If you decide to cancel your order with www.completebattery.com and the package is on its way, you will have to contact us. We will notify the carrier company and will intercept the parcel. An additional fee of $12 will apply to every cancelled package, along with return shipping charges to our Warehouse. As per our company policy, we charge 20% restocking fee for all returned and refused orders.

If you have provided us with an insufficient address and your order has already been shipped, there is an additional charge for correcting the address while the package is still in transit. In case the order is returned back to us, due to inability of you to sign for it, you have to cover the cost for reshipping the package.

Please note that all orders that are 150 lbs., or more, may be shipped out on a pallet. The shipping cost shown on the website is subject to change based on whether the ship to facility is accommodated to receive pallets. The requirements are as follows:
